Strength & Conditioning

Join us for our strength and conditioning sessions. They are designed to train you to be leaner and stronger and move more fluidly throughout your day.

Our goal isn't to drive you into the ground but to cause adaptations in your body to bring out the best version of YOU!

  • Training 3x a week (45 min sessions)

  • 8 weeks of Nutritional Coaching

  • Weekly check-ins to assess your goals and progress

  • Unlimited access to your coach for any questions or adjustments

  • Weekly progress pics, measurements, and weigh-in

  • 1 monthly video consultation (30-60min Zoom call)

  • Accountability check-ins

Large Group Training

$250 (Monthly)

Join us for our large group sessions. Here you will gain a sense of camaraderie training with other like-minded people looking to get in shape just like you are.

Online Coaching

$67 (Monthly)

We understand that staying on track with your fitness journey can be challenging, which is why we’ve created our online team program just for you. Each week, you’ll receive fresh workout programming tailored to guide you along the way. We’re here to support you in finding the direction you need to achieve your goals.

This does not include nutrition.

Nutritional Coaching

$297 (12 weeks)

Take your physique to the next level with nutritional coaching:

  • We do not do meal plans.

  • Lifestyle coaching. Where we work on smaller habits to build upon and show you how to eat for life.

Depending on the day you signed up, your payment will be on the 1st or 15th of the month.

  • This is a 12-week package.

  • 2 consultations a month (30-60 min Zoom call)

  • Nutritional Evaluations

How long are sessions? - Sessions are 45 mins. i like every client to arrive about 5 mins early to warm up

what are your qualifications? - i am a certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) and also hold a masters in sports nutrition.

How do you assess new clients? - Your first week of training is carefully curated with exercises to give me a fairly good understanding of your starting level.

How do you handle injuries? - Diagnosing injuries is out my scope of practice but i am CPR certified. any injuries or sickness i will remove you from the gym expeditiously until you are cleared by your doctor.

FAQ

what kind of clients do you train? - I train ladies 30-55 looking to drop body fat and become stronger as well as athletes. why women? because in 16 years of training they listen better than men.

How do you track and adjust workouts? - Even though it’s small group training every workout is in my app, i’m able to see where you slack as well as constant communication with you to make changes.

What are your policies on scheduling etc? - Schedule in my app up to a week at a time. cancel up to 4 hrs before the session. I’m closed on EVERY holiday. if you miss time it does not roll over unless I cancelled the session.
